Our basic warranty policy is here but you should read the legal info below.
Every once in a while there is a failure. It doesn't happen often but when it does here is what you do. The most common failure is 2 or 3 LEDs won't light. We have sold thousands of these LEDs and rarely does this happen. When it does most of the time it's the power to the LED. That said, in the rare instance the product is defective, here is the process: Test your LED with a pure 12 volt connection. LEDs do not dim. They are on or off. Low voltage is the biggest issue with LEDs along with inline switches and corrosion in the wiring or connections. If voltage is low or there is resistance in the source line (from a switch, corrosion, etc.) your LED may not work well.

The marine environment is harsh and this product could be exposed to any number of conditions. It is because of that, you should protect your light as you do any marine equipment. Keep it clean, waxed, treated and when not in use, cover it. A light coat of clear sealer on the brackets will help reduce rusting stains. It's best not to submerge the light below the waterline.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back; this will be clearly marked on the product's sale page. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please email us.
